Good Salary which only looks good only on paper. Pune office is good. You will have lot of work that would not let your mind to have thoughts other than work. No work from home.

Cons

Variable payout depends on your manager. Your rating will not decide your variable. Can be possible they will not pay you out anything even if you have good rating.
