Pros
Flexible approach to place of work means homeworking is possble within reason. Leads to better productivity. Senior and middle management very accessible and grounded. A can do business.
Cons
Operational/Finance Systems used for FM business need to be reviewed. Not being maximised to best effect. To many excel spreadsheets leads to duplication of effort. Need to have a look at number of reports that have to be produced. This can be counterproductive.
