Love my students, love the flexibility. Work from home and make it your own. Work as much or little as you want. Feeling like you’re part of a huge team. Really great Facebook community. On my third contract.

Hours, but to be expected.

Great company if you need a flexible schedule

Pros

I love the flexible schedule. I chose how much or how little I want to work. I can also choose which days I work.

Cons

I live in AZ so the time difference isn't the best - 6 pm in China is 3 am in AZ. You do get used to the schedule though and I have the opportunity to nap during the day if I need to.
