Majority of the worker here are very nice, and is diverse there. Company does it best to take care their employee and benefit isn't too terrible.

Cons

A lot of micro management. I can't speak for on the behalf of other but from my experience so far, management likes to think you're incompetent. There isn't much growth even though the company claims they like to hire/promote internally, an opportunity for it seem rare.
