      Good work life balance No Politics/cliques Easy going sometimes, not too stressful

      Cons

      Low raises Higher ups go back and forth and can’t make up their minds, making us work more instead of giving it to us from the start No growth/ways to raise salary without leaving the company

      People are great, work space is modern & open, team work is encouraged, good work/life balance & benefits, how you can grow is available for review, health conscious— there are even bikes with GPS & are powered to check out, employee morale is high

      None really, they are always improving & actually listen to employees
