      Pros

      - Good compensation - HR is very responsive - A great place to be able to participate in great projects with a lot of liberties - Most middle management and below are great professionals

      Cons

      - Usually hire independent contractors - No centralized resources for marketing, sales decks, success cases - Very fragmented relationship between regions - Resources for events with clients scarce

      Good salaries, attentive to professional aspirations

      Cons

      The mentor system (the person who follows our career and is responsible for evaluations etc.) really depends on the quality of the person. This can be a real asset as well as a real hindrance.

      Pros

      Working at VISEO was a great experience, management is very respectful and open to hear from anyone in the team, I always felt seen and taken into consideration. Furthermore, they do go an extra mile to try to expand your potential by giving exposure to tasks and projects according to your capabilities, I feel that I gained incredible oportunities to test my knowledge and was also backed up by a great internal team that are always there to exchange ideas about the issues you might be facing with your customer.

      Cons

      In Hong Kong, the sales part of the company needs an improvement as there are very few oportunities for Developers and or DevOps engineers for engaging on Digital transformation projects.
