Regarding mentorship, our employees can rely on their mentor when they join the company who is someone who is in charge of helping the new joiners to navigate in the organization and support them in using efficiently the useful resources in the company. For instance, you could identify with yours the internal and external e-learning platform or training material you can access to in order to strengthen short term your skills. You could have regular exchange with their mentor at least twice a month and on-demand to support them in their career development as a relay of the manager. Depending on your mid-term / long-term trajectory, you usually propose during your availability to go for more in-depth training / certification on methodology or expertise. However, we are aware that we need to improve the mentorship/ management level of our team. Don’t hesitate to contact the HR team feedbacks help everybody to growth!

Bonjour, dès leur arrivée, les nouveaux collaborateurs VISEO bénéficient de notre programme de mentoring : un mentor/manager est investi aux côtés du collaborateur qui bénéficie ainsi d’un accompagnement constant par un pair. Des touch point réguliers sont d’ailleurs proposés à J+7 de l’intégration à J+30 puis à J+3 mois et ce jusqu’à la titularisation.
