      only hr welcoming, project team supportive

      Cons

      project delivery unprofessional, no preparation, no performance measure. project work role not defined properly. Resource allocation is poor, bad planning, severe consequence then project manager leave short. Low project prospectus.

      HR is welcoming, project team is supportive.

      project not well delivered professionally result in bad consequence. no pre-project preparation and nil end to end project perfirmance tracking. Looped in other function role to take project when PM leave with bad project consequence.
