      - Projects are different across the place so you might end-up with a bad project. So experience may vary. - Process is not clearly defined - HMO could be better

      Salary is good, all upper management are awesome, they will support you what you want on career path and they will push you to get more certificates for future career.

      Small percentage of Bonus 4%, but not bad.
