      Pros

      Still can get paid at the end of every month.

      Cons

      Lack of resources and keep on pushing for outcomes. Micromanagment of the time incurred on projects. Nasty project manager that squeeze team members to meet challenging KPI.

      It was a good company when everything was fine, but when there were diffculties, they fired workers quickly.

      Good people, good ambient, flexibility and it's a good company to learn.

      It's difficult to get holidays in advance, some people is too competitive, some managers don't manage fine.
