Pros

Friendly people, small teams, you get to choose the project you want to work on, a few events/afterworks every month. Nice facilities.

Cons

The learning curve is a bit slow. I d like to work with more internationals.

Viseo USA is a small agency, with nice and dynamic co-workers. Management is ok.

Cons

Not a good place for a software developer (unless you are a SAP developer). Salary and benefits are not great: no 401k, healthcare not that good, salary far below the median.
