Pros
The components of the salary are given on top of what we get. These components include: Wifi charges, life insurance, term insurance. Employer PF is not deducted from the CTC rather paid on top from the company every month. Salary gets paid every month before the month end.

I cant think of a con as I am satisfied salary wise
