Pros
I worked at CenterScope before it was bought by Vista on a couple of their government contracts. I was hired as a temp and when a full-time position appropriate for my skills became available, they brought me on full time. My supervisor on the contractor side and the human resources department were very supportive. Appreciated the newsletter which was helpful for keeping me in the loop.
Cons
Usual disadvantages working for a contractor instead of being a direct hire.
