Communication is inconsistent, expectations change frequently, and support is often lacking when challenges arise in the field. Staffing issues lead to burnout, high turnover, and unnecessary stress on clinical employees. Concerns raised by staff are not consistently acknowledged or addressed in a meaningful way.
