      Vitas is a great place to work. These 3 years have been amazing and my 3 years journey have made me grow professionally and personally. I would say that the Pros in working at VITAS is the way we take care of our patients.

      M-F/ 8-5 1 hour paid lunch daily Paid mileage

      Cons

      The job came with very little training. Everything is run out of the Pensacola location. Must work and drive a vehicle during hurricanes, and snowstorms. 3 paid holiday days. The insurance through UHC is not great. Disconnect between the company in Pensacola and the field office in Niceville.
