Pros
Caring for terminal patients and their families during the end of life phase.
Cons
Little to no orientation process. New employees unclear of policies and procedures left to fend for themselves. No computers for field employees, all paper documentation which means tons of paperwork and causes a real problem with flow of patient information between coworkers and disciplines leaving patient safety questionable. Awful medical benefits with huge deductibles.
