Pros
As a field nurse you are not stuck inside 4 walls all day. The day goes fast. You can take a break if you want too but you won't get done with your job in 8 hours then. But it is still nice to be able to take a break. The patients and families are very appreciative of all your help.You know you are truly helping people and doing a worth while job.
Cons
Time management is an issue. When you have to see 7 pts on a busy day, you are obviously working far more than 8 hours and you may be salaried.
