      Pros

      Working at Vitas is very rewarding , you have a team that cares and they are dedicated to patient care. You meet some wonderful people within the company and everyone is like family.

      Cons

      The cons is that the paperwork can be overwhelming at times and traveling sometimes can be very tiring but overall this company is awesome.
