      Personal fulfillment in working with a group of people you can mentor and with families and patients alongside your team is meaningful and builds on strong communication. It also helps to have supportive administrators available to help you and support you.

      Cons

      Sometimes you can be overwhelmed, but creating a plan and prioritizing helps the day go a bit more smoothly. Other times, you are overwhelmed by the grief the families are going through, and you have to step back and realize they are grieving and not yelling at you personally.
