      convenient working hours of midnight to 8am. excellent PTO I like the people I work with

      below average pay no raises x4 years (so far) benefits only okay raises that they did offer were 2-3% run by Chem Med CEO Tim O'Toole continues to make bonuses and millions in salary while nurses get next to nothing focus should be on patient care

      You will probably be hired if you have a pulse since they cant keep staff

      You name it and its a con. I've worked as a health care professional in many places over the 20 plus years I have been working. Vitas is, hands down, one of the worst. Pay and benefits are terrible. Management is awful and the place is just overall poorly run. It is without exaggeration staff come and go like nothing I have ever seen before. Firings and resignations are the norm. It's almost like they have gotten so used to people leaving, they seem to almost expect it and it is no biggie to them. No company loyalty OR employee loyalty. Everyone seems to have one foot out the door. I will be surprised if Vitas is around in the next five years.
