      Pros

      Plenty of opportunity and flexibility. Friendly and fun co-workers. Managers are hard working and will try to work with you in their limited capacity. Good education! Learned so much during orientation and throughout my time there.

      High staff turn over, too much required on call for case managers.

      nurses and CHHAs,social workers,chaplains are great team and honor to work with

      management unprofessional, play favorites. If you don't agree you are written up. Pay stinks for the work you do. Make it about the patient and family not the $$.
