Micromanagement, management in general, it doesn't always matter if you're better than someone else because others who are related to someone higher up will get the job over you.

Pros

The company is not huge, except for its name ,so growth and expansion lead to more promotional opportunities. The pay is equal to the work you do along with sales opportunities that pay out good commission. Vacation time, sick time, and 401K options are offered and can be acquired by employees within a short time of being an employee.

Cons

There is required OT during some holiday seasons, though the pay out becomes worth it. Customer base is not always the most tech savvy people.
