Pros
Still has many of the early superstar engineers and manages to attract NCG recruits from top universities to keep the talent level relatively good.
Cons
There has been a pattern of annual spring attrition taking with it some invaluable engineers, their talent, and parts of the company culture. Not all of the replacement engineers or the company growth in head count is of the same caliber as a few years ago.
