      Pros

      Terrific products. Company continues to improve flag ship products and are willing to enter new markets by making aquisitions.

      Cons

      Very poor sales leadership in Federal. No plan, no structure, no communication. AVP and VP are disconnected from the business and are smothered in greed.

      Pros

      Great technology Definitely one of the most visionary CEOs in the industry Great under valued people in the field that put in all the work e.g. SEs, PSCs, TAMs Great training on VMware products is easily available

      Cons

      Acquisition is occurring at a very fast rate with little to no near term integration, make it very difficult to talk about products outside of the core product and paint an integrated story. The company seems to be VERY worried about Microsoft. Career advancement is very limited. The majority of mid-level to senior-level management within the Reston office are ex-EMC from the old EMC. The have brought over the unhappy work culture with them. Comp plans change half way through the year and are getting tighter and tighter.
