      Pros

      Great pay and benefits. Decent work environment but that was highly dependent on your manager.

      Cons

      Big company BS, constant re-orgs. Some groups would try to silo their work and create friction internally. Final straw for me was we were told no layoffs due to COVID if we skip raises that year(some execs took pay cuts etc). I had no complaints missing my raise if it kept someone else employed. Then, a few people I knew got let go in the MIDDLE of COVID. I lost all faith in management after that.

      great company if you don't want to grow and are not neurodiverse

      Pros

      The benefits are fantastic, the culture is amazing, and most of the people who work here are great to work with.

      Cons

      lack of ability to grow; management will lie to you about how you're doing, and hr is useless. they advertise as neurodiverse friendly, but it is clear based on my own and so many of my neurodiverse peers experiences, that they are all talk, and have no understanding of not a willingness to learn how to work with different neurodiversity's.

      Pros

      Products are good but it is hard to keep people to stay on prem and/or move to the cloud with us.

      Cons

      Culture was not as great as I thought it would be, lots of busy work with no content, quota was set too high many were unable to achieve, and so forth. No wonder the turnover rate is so high. I so wanted to blame the Broadcom acquisition, but this seems to happen even before the acquisition.
