Great enterprise level company with many programs and perks.

Cons

Current team has no personal growth into next tier of pay and benefits. In other words, there are small promotions, but a significant promotion that gets one into the "next level" is rare. Last 7-8 years on a 50+ member team I've seen one promotion of this nature that only came recently. The rest is just next level same role/responsibility title changes (e.g. developer 1, developer 2, etc)
