Great salary, benefits, and perks. The company is built on interesting technology and innovates constantly to keep up with competition and cloud technology evolution

Cons

The company is immensely politicized, BUs have the own clicks and closed circle of friends. Those who have the wisdom to penetrate these circles are promoted and appreciated the others are left aside. Often you are not appreciated based on your achievements but based on who you know.

Excellent pay, benefits and flexible with schedule

Cons

Contractors are treated much differently than regular employees. That should not be. In the office, your employees and contractors should be treated the same. You are doing the same work. Regular employees are not recognized for contributions, which doesn’t make people want to stay.

Cons

Stale work and less chances of growth. Too much politics in between several teams and empty vessels do make noise and get promoted too
