      Pros

      External learning/training is encouraged and paid for, very high pay, autonomy, unlimited vacation, work from home anytime

      Cons

      Lack of accountability, no clear strategy from the top, not a design-focussed company.

      Pros

      Culture is great here, everyone is always willing to help and the main reason why people stay at the company.

      Cons

      There are no rewards for harder than other people, infact you are "rewarded" with more work for completing your work. Opportunity for movement upward is extremely difficult. Management has plenty of opportunity for growth but I have seen no such plan for TSEs.

      Good Products, weak indecisive management

      Pros

      Good products, although it would be nice if they could have a product take off like vSphere did back in the day.

      Cons

      The other products have not taken off to fill the gap of aging vSphere. Management is indecisive and when they finally make a decision, they don't seem to own it, don't give clear direction on it, and generally flail around. Very frustrating for a company that I considered a leader not so many years ago.
