Pros
Work is mediocre in terms of challenges or complexity so you can cruise for the most part and have a great WLB. Most of the interesting challenges are solved years ago. Company is desperately trying to get into cloud space but it's just a matter of time before the leadership runs the company to the ground.
Cons
The company has steadily declined in the quality of Leadership. Currently it's filled with just execution driven leaders who have no interest in creating an energetic and innovative environment. Poor leadership skills are taking this company to the ground unfortunately.
