Pros
The culture, opportunities and compensation are all very good. The leadership team has put a very good structure in place and continues to acquire new companies that position VMWare very well in the marketplace. They encourage and support professional growth through some internal programs. It’s a great place to work.
Cons
They have struggled over the last few years with the ability to ensure commissions are paid correctly and in a timely manner. This has been due to reporting issues. They made some big cuts in APO making it challenging to support the partners and growth they want from the channel.
