Pros

The best people I have ever worked with at any company. Salary was good. Never had a problem taking time off.

Cons

Lack of communication on issues. Management lacks any real direction. To many managers who are over worked. Customer data is messed up and creates more work. Upper management (Sr. Directors, VPs) think outsourcing is the answer.

+ Talented engineers + Great technology + Flexible work hours If you are in right group with right manager, you might grow well

Cons

+ Management changing from start-up environment to big company. Too many re-orgs going on all the time, directly having bad effects on engieer. + Place is become more political than before. + I have been highly dissatisfied working under my manager.

Exciting "game-changing" technology; leader in its market space; great customers; beautiful campus; many of the low to mid-level people are solid

Cons

Company decisions come from "technologists" or product marketing; has not developed an infratructure (systems) to support growth; upper management lacks a sense of empathy re: customer and employee pain; big gap between technology vision/roadmap and what customers are doing/wanting; new regime is making sweeping changes that don't seem to support a strategy for top line growth (focused on margin; acquiring companies that don't produce immediate revenue impact)
