Pros
The most fun piece of work is the customer appreciation. All customers are really happy and will be looking forward working together with you. Also, the team behind you (team members, product teams and system engineers) will support you in any way so you're never alone out there. Developing your skills is made easy as you're allowed to take any VMware courses and even some external training courses if they aid you in your daily work operations.
Cons
The amount of traveling. There's times where you will be flying in and out of countries every week, so you got to be able to handle that. The resource management team however, will help you with scheduling and prevent that you're traveling too much.
