Business Outlook
Pros
Engineer friendly company, facilities are decent and there is respect for employees. The culture is aligned to doing things that are innovative. RADIO is a good event.
Cons
Rudderless in the medium term with the dell acquisition. The engineering friendly culture exists, but as usual old timers have hacked this for self promotion. It doesn't help that every new idea needs to be around virtualization. As of now, there is flux in the company with too many parallel efforts.
