AirWatch in my opinion is one of the best companies I have worked for. The people that I work with are great, friendly and highly knowledgeable in their field of expertise. We always seem to find a solution if we have never come across it before that can be interally within our office or globally. My manager is very supportive in us bettering ourselves and our careers within the company as well which motivates us as a whole. We have great social events like having a pancake day where caterers come in and cook for us. A family bbq day in the summer where friends and family are invited, a Halloween Party where kids can come in dressed up and we all take part too in all of the festivities. It is a very fast-paced company and market leader in the technology we provide and there is always something new to learn within this company. I know that there have been a few negative reviews on here. This company is so much more than the angry few. I have been working here for almost 2 years now and moved departments once. In previous companies, some didn't give you the chance to do that or see your potential and some I even dreaded going to work. It is the polar opposite here!

Regardless of the views expressed here, I can honestly say that for over four years this company has been a great place to work. Many people seem to believe that as the market leader, they shouldn't have to sell and that everything should be handed to them on a plate. If that is your mindset, then this is not the place for you. If you work hard, build good relationships with your customers and have a desire to succeed, then this company can give you everything you want and more.
