      Currently vmware is changing stratergy to compete with big. Lot of new cloud native products are in line. Roadmap seems to be promising. So, great opportunities ahead in terms of learning..

      Great company atmosphere, Great people, Forever evolving and fast paced

      Cons

      Not great at getting support from management, very much go sort it yourself attitude. Very Cut Throat and Pressure Sales ethos now being administered throughout. Losing the great atmosphere that the company has been renowned for since the begining, since the takeover it has been a backwards step in changing RTM (more channel focused) when we were so successful and in control of business being direct RTM. Too much process and red tape to get business processed, Making one of our USP's in the ease and accessibility to customers and partners in transacting alot more stressful.
