      Pros

      Cloud computing is the new big thing in the industry, and as the industry leaders ( at least when it comes to enterprise customers), it is a good place to get a hands on experience. There are a wide variety of products to work on , and there is minimum office politics, at least in the India office. The pay is good, and the work is interesting. They encourage innovation.

      Cons

      Moving between teams can be a bit difficult. There was a lot of restructuring happening , which made it difficult to set goals and objectives. There was a communication gap between India and US office due to the restructuring.
