      Great Technology, with cloud computing being 1st on Gartner top 10 list amazing prospects.

      Cons

      Not much exposure to variety of technology.

      Pros

      Technology - awesome Market leadership Customers and partners - great to serve and to work with, they do great things with/for VMware

      Cons

      Career development - poor; programs are to check the box; no real opportunity to grow; this is not a priority Lack of diversity - over hiring from 1 company = their baggage, politics and poor morale Culture - over-political; people aren't valued or treated very well; information withholding is the norm, sometimes on purpose, sometimes carelessly

      - Great people - for the most part - Results orientated - Good development opportunities

      Cons

      - Very short term focussed - Especially around revenue - The hiring bar has been lowered - Too many new B & C grade mid level managers - Company culture is diminishing - The work vs. fun balance is off - Too many "rules" and politics. Very hard to get things done!
