      Pros

      - Great engineers, a lot of smart and very talented people - Open communication at engineer levels - Interesting and challenge projects, sense of as part of a big thing - Feeling of a community

      Cons

      - Politics all around, especially at senior management levels. - Too much chaos at Sr. Director to VP level, causing lack of stability to build long term plan/roadmap. - Fairness in performance evaluation and promotion. - Brand new senior leadership not trusting front line managers and engineers.

      Pros

      - great people, the smart ones are still here - the vision is amazing, very few can make it as far as we have and even fewer have the focus we do on completing that vision

      Cons

      at the lower ranks, it's not clear the right people are getting promoted. With more and more people, it's just harder to get stuff done. More political boundaries and fewer end to end accountability.

      Had been very good and innovative company still with good reputation In the hot techinical areas Top management, especially CEO has good visions.

      Cons

      1. A lot of politics, not so many people care about real work and products 2. Smart and hardworking engineers are leaving or going to leave. 3. No career growth by doing good work and contributions. 4. Poor middle magament layer. Manager/directors do not know how to manage people and projects.
