Pros
still a few smart co-workers left, getting fewer by the week...good training programs still intact, although in the process of scaling down...
Cons
very political all over the place, no where to hide. bad mid management, upper management all just have been shuffled, the CXOs all are about one year on the job. they are well aware of the saturation of VM market, the threat from Docker...Open Compute...etc. The PTO is gone, you are suppose to have "unlimited" time off, most end up getting less time off.
