Flexible schedule, decent salary, good co-workers, computerized system, patients are gographically close to each other.

Cons

The culture is changing. I used to love going to work, but now it seems that there is very little support for nursing staff. There are alot of new, inexperienced nurses and the management style is punitive and very critical. If you make one mistake, they call you in and make a very big deal of it. People are quitting left and right. No job security either. It seems that all the company cares about is the bottom line.
