Pros
The company provides free training. After working a certain number of hours, you also receive a free uniform.
Cons
As a new hire Home Health Aide, you do not have many opportunities. Often times, there were no schedules / dates for work, and their rule is that if you don't work for a few weeks, they will send you a warning letter. Additionally, the training is long (1-month) and takes the whole day which means you'll have to really commit and must drop your current job.
