Pros

Plenty of opportunity for growth, grass roots operation with autonomy, not a strict corporate operation.

Cons

With the lack of strict corporate rules, comes some uncertainty with direction. It takes a certain amount of struggling and perseverance to find your groove. VP is a little too tolerant of underperformers and poor attendance, which puts a burden on others.

VP is continuing to grow, which means there are tons of advancement opportunities. This company is a family, they value their employees and treat everyone like human beings. You'll never feel like a number at VP Supply and it's a welcome change from other companies I've worked for.

Cons

Learning the system can be challenging at first.
