Autonomous, because no one seems to care. You can make mistakes and have low expectations—call out sick 10 times, and you'll still keep your job. But if you earn too much or are the wrong demographic, you might be let go.

Cons

*No support. *Demoralizing work environment. *Poor benefits. *There is no accountability or opportunities for promotion.

Pros

Good tips when busy. Bad tips when alone and overnight. Somewhat flexible hours

Cons

Management ignored harassment toward valets. Had to deal with basically biohazard vehicles that contained biological and drug-related containments. Management had severe favoritism with consistent retaliation happening via scheduling if any sort of problem was brought to management.
