Great Benefits Remote progressive company and industry

Cons

Horrible culture Pay is lower than industry Mixed bag of great and not so great leaders Diversity is a joke Can only get promoted if you know someone or come across a person who is willing to see your experience and potential very rare.

Pros

It was an okay job. Co-workers were nice for the most part.

Cons

Pay was below market. I was offered a "senior" position for only $5K more per year but the amount of work given did not justify the difference. Also, there were a lot of people related to eachother (spouse etc.) Never seen so much of that at a company in my life. Just kind of odd to me.
