When I first started I loved the growth potential of the job. Loved working in the office, fantastic management and possibility of advancement was high. Salary was low but had amazing benefits.

Cons

I was with the company over 10 years. Lack of help from supervisors to keep up with expectations of talk time. Moral was low, call volume high, No time to complete call complaints or assist in resolving complex customer / provider complaints. Upper management set extremely low talk times that were hard to meet when taking back to back calls. Some supervisors had no clue how the vision industry worked and could not assist in resolving questions.

Working remotely is the literal only pro.

Cons

New ceo Usha just left after making this place a train wreck! Micromanagement from “supervisors” who can’t even do the jobs they “supervise”. Zero training all self taught w no support whatsoever. If you bring the toxicity to light you get told condescendingly to “just be grateful you have a job”. Run for the hills don’t waste your time, energy, or damage your mental health.
