      A paycheck that clears and a brief moment of false hope before reality hits.

      My time at VSolvit was an extreme disappointment. The founders lack basic people management and leadership skills. I was hired for a lead position that apparently existed only on paper, because four days later, I was out the door with no explanation that made sense. Upper management had no idea what they wanted, yet somehow they managed to blame me for their own mess. The onboarding was nonexistent, communication was laughable, and it became clear that favoritism guided every decision. It honestly felt like I was just a placeholder until they found someone they already planned to hire. The lack of professionalism and integrity here is something to truly avoid. It's not worth the emotional toll.

That said, your post contains some inconsistencies—such as indicating you were with the company for 1-2 years, yet were show the door in 4 days, that you were being blamed for stuff in spite of being with the company for a duration that does not even suffice to understand what the issues may have been, etc. Your description of entry/exit timeline doesn’t align with how our hiring and onboarding processes operate. While we can’t discuss individual situations publicly, we don’t believe your account reflects the broader culture or professionalism most employees experience at VSolvit.
