It’s a job, pays weekly

Cons

PTO and sick is combined, only 80 hours. Not flexible with work schedule as advertised. Allows sexual harassment. Prioritizes the bad employees to avoid leadership discomfort HR is a joke. Company does not follow their own posted policies.

I learned a skill that I was able to take elsewhere and make a lot more money, better benefits and great environment.

Cons

Owner makes no bones about the company being privately owned and took the approach of" none of your business" regarding profits/loses. There is not a profit sharing or bonus program outside of your teams metrics and its very minimal . A lot of OT and A LOT of micro managing by my team lead. Company tends to buy companies and deplete them only to close them a few years later.
