Pros

Growing fast in door division. Lots of overtime. Great health benefits at a reasonable price.

Cons

Horrible communication. Too many chief and no one knowing what is going on. Too many orders dropped and expectations of "Do It" even if you have to work every Saturday. The Founder can be found on UTube in an interview 11 years ago stating how they are a family company. My how things have changed under his son. Profits is All that is important. Family and employee growth is NOT important. Supervisors are [adding their pockets with bonuses and production is breaking their backs to make it happen and do not get rewarded, instead they have reached the top of their pay-grade and can not get a raise except a possible slight cost of living raise every 2 or 3 years. Shame on your greedy selves VT!

Pros

Well established company with over 50 years history. A manufacturing leader in laminate countertops and architectural wood doors.

Cons

Too many management changes in the stone division. Lack of long-term goals and vision to fill needs of stone customers.
