Pros
Laid back, easy environment. No micromanaging. Kind and easy going coworkers.
Cons
Unkept tiny workspace, Had an odor in it. Need better safety guidelines in place for employees in the building after hours. My position needed more duties and a bit more autonomy from the other coordinator. I sat around a lot waiting for something to do- made the day feel much longer. Some people like the slower pace, but I like a good challenge.
