Pros

I work with a great team of people. We work closely together and produce amazing results. My department helps keep employees updated on the new business wins, professional development ideas and solutions, articles on my fellow employees, and links to helpful resources. I appreciate the sharing of information and learning how my department fits into the larger organization. Recently, I participated in a Corporate Fun Run. It was a great way to bond with my colleagues. We enjoyed food, running, and laughs. This is just one example of how this company’s employees work together. The employees make this company a great place to work.

Cons

Look forward to more team building activities

Pros

I am excited to see VT Group’s outreach to employees through an employee newsletter, Employee Portal, and email. The newsletter and Portal are perfectly designed, easy-to-read, and readily accessible through email and online. I am proud to be a part of an organization that puts such emphasis on communicating with their employees.

Cons

The leadership has made communications a priority. It is important to keep employees informed and engaged.

Pros

I've been working with VT Group for over a year in the corporate office and I've seen a lot of improvements to the culture, benefits and leadership. The company is investing in improving employee engagement by putting together 5ks, company bbqs, potlucks, and small events for baby and wedding showers. The people who work here are so nice and really care about their careers. The benefits drastically improved this year to include a variety of medical plans to choose from with competitive premiums and lower deductibles, pet insurance and a 401k match. With our new leadership, our technology has improved and our employee portals which provide information on what's happening inside the company.

Cons

In the past, there have been a lot of changes and some people left the company before they could see the positive outcome.
